1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and describes prohibited activities when using Orchcast. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund. We may also report violations to law enforcement when required.
2. Illegal or Harmful Content
You may not use Orchcast to create, publish, or distribute content that violates any applicable law or regulation, including content that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property rights;
- Constitutes fraud, false advertising, or deceptive marketing;
- Promotes illegal products or services, including drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods;
- Encourages violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
- Exploits or sexualizes minors in any way;
- Contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive code;
- Interferes with or exploits another person's system, network, or data without authorization.
3. Spam and Unsolicited Communication
You may not use Orchcast to generate or distribute spam, unsolicited bulk email, junk mail, or misleading commercial messages. This includes scraping contact lists, forging headers, or using deceptive subject lines or sender information. All marketing content must comply with applicable anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
4. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
You may not pretend to be another person, company, or institution, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation. This includes creating fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading political or commercial content.
5. Harassment and Abuse
You may not use Orchcast to harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate any individual or group. Content that targets people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
6. Platform Abuse and Circumvention
You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Orchcast system or network; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; scrape, data-mine, or access data without authorization; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; or use the service to distribute software that harms other users or systems.
8. Misuse of Personal Data
You may not process personal data through Orchcast without lawful basis and adequate disclosures. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA. Do not input sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health records) unless you have appropriate safeguards in place and a lawful basis to do so.
9. Account Security and Sharing
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Do not share your account or password with unauthorized users. Notify us immediately at[email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from failure to safeguard credentials.
10. Enforcement
We investigate all reported violations and may take any action we deem appropriate, including removing or disabling access to content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities. Repeat or severe violations will result in immediate termination.
11. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, including URLs, account names, and screenshots.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of Orchcast after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

7. Social Platform Abuse
You may not use Orchcast to automate mass posting, engagement, or connection requests on third-party social platforms in violation of their terms of service or API policies. This includes generating misleading political or commercial content for automated distribution, creating fake testimonials or reviews, using bots or scripts to interact with platform features at scale, or any activity that could result in rate-limiting, account suspension, or legal action against Orchcast or its customers.
